Aufgaben
As our
Global Regulatory Compliance Coordinator
, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products—both existing and new—conform to global regulatory requirements and internal sustainability goals.

regulatory compliance
and
sustainability
, supporting initiatives such as
REACH
,
Prop65
,
RoHS
,
GHS
,
IEC
,
UL
,
CSA
,
CSRD
, and
EcoVadis
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and implement changes in EU and international environmental regulations.
  • Ensure compliance of all products with applicable standards and maintain a comprehensive regulatory database.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to gather documentation and conduct compliance testing.
  • Collaborate with R&D and national testing labs to validate new product designs.
  • Support supply chain traceability, material declarations, and life cycle assessments (LCA).
  • Assist in EcoVadis assessments and CSRD-aligned sustainability reporting (e.g., ESRS, Scope 1–3 emissions).
  • Contribute to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance.
  • Develop training and communication materials to promote compliance and sustainability awareness.

Profil
Your Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, ideally in durable consumer or industrial goods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets independently.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of DPP and EPR is beneficial.
