Position : Remote Diagnosis Service Technician

Location : Plochingen, Germany

Type : Full-time/on-site

Responsibilities

• Level 2 technical support for automotive repair shops for repair and diagnostic issues with vehicles using IAM and OE tools to perform remote procedures such as diagnostics, parameterization, calibration, flashing, etc.

Qualifications

• Master mechanic or state-certified technician for automotive engineering
• At least 5 years of professional experience in workshops with passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in the local automotive spare parts market
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics
• Knowledge of IT systems
• Experience in direct customer contact (order acceptance, hotline support)
• Willingness to travel
• Language skills in German, English, and Spanish are essential
