Ihre Aufgaben

• Problemanalyse und Beseitigung von Störungen per Remote an CISCO Unified Communications Lösungen
• 2th Level Support - technische Unterstützung bei der Entstörung komplexer Systemkonfigurationen
• Problemanalyse und Beseitigung von Störungen an 3rd Party Applikationen
• Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen und Workarounds zur Umsetzung durch den Kunden oder einen Techniker vor Ort
• Bearbeitung und Betreuung von technischen Eskalationen an den Hersteller
• Kundenbetreuung im Rahmen der bestehenden Serviceverträge
• Umsetzung von Standard und Non-Standard-Changes und anschließende Erfolgskontrolle
• Teilnahme an Schichtdiensten / Ruf - & Einsatzbereitschaften

Was Sie mitbringen

• Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Informatik, Ingenieurswesen, Elektrotechnik) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
• 5-jährige Erfahrung im Cisco UC Umfeld
• Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich CISCO UC / Herstellerzertifizierung (CCNP Collaboration, CCNP R&S)
• Erfahrung mit 3rd Party Applikationen des Hersteller, Enghouse (Andtek), OpenText (RightFax)
• Von Vorteil sind weitere Kenntnisse im Bereich Cisco Jabber / Webex / SPARK / Video
• Sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, sowie Kommunikationsskills
• Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Eigeninitiative und hohes Dienstleistungsbewusstsein
• Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterbildung
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
