The Role:

You will be responsible for…

• Driving the performance and optimisation of solar and BESS assets
• Overseeing day‑to‑day operations and managing key service providers
• Monitoring performance and implementing value‑enhancing improvements
• Supporting budgets, reporting, and overall asset strategy
• Gaining exposure to commercial activities including contracts and revenue optimisation

The Profile:

• 3–6 years’ experience in renewable energy
• Experience with solar and/or BESS is preferred
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindseti
• Fluent German and English
