Your Tasks:

Direct and coordinate installers and assemblers on-site
Manage subcontractor activities, ensuring smooth integration with project schedules
Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Plan and designate appropriate areas for storing and using materials efficiently
Maintain order on-site, addressing any operational or logistical challenges
Quickly identify and solve problems to prevent delays and ensure project progress

Your Background:

Previous experience in construction site coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of construction quality management and site logistics
Ability to work independently and make effective decisions
Strong communication skills to liaise between different teams and subcontractors
