Join Axpo Solar Germany as a Program Manager, where you will lead the management and coordination of a portfolio of photovoltaic (PV) projects across Europe. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from development through to construction and operation.

What you will do:

• Oversee cross‑functional project management, ensuring smooth transitions during development and construction phases.
• Collaborate with diverse teams, including development, construction, and asset management, to drive project success.
• Monitor and control project schedules, focusing on multidisciplinary tasks and external partnerships.
• Manage commercial and contractual conditions, ensuring profitability and compliance.
• Contribute to project legal setups and master and challenge project business plans seeking optimization at all potential levels and ensuring regular updates for top management reporting.
• Engage with stakeholders, supporting negotiations and maintaining strong relationships.

What you bring & who you are:

• Proven experience managing PV projects or large‑scale infrastructure projects (minimum 5 years).
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary tasks across various teams.
• Proficient understanding of business plans and financial metrics.
• Willingness to challenge existing processes and implement efficient solutions.
• Fluency in German and English, French or Polish is a plus.
