Check Point protects over 100,000 organizations of all sizes.*The Role*With the strong focus on growth in new business and recurring renewals, we have a tremendous global track record of customers’ renewing their contracts with us.This is a Role within a new EMEA based Renewals team. The EMEA renewals organization is a diverse team based in Germany. The Renewal Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing all renewals within your assigned Major Accounts. We are looking for you to be part of the team and start owning relationships with our most valued customers. All ideas and initiatives are welcome with a highly collaborative approach and mindset that we are better together.The Renewal Sales Account Manager is tasked with owning the renewal journey for our existing customer base, achieving high retention rate across their assigned territory, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing satisfaction of our customer base and ensure their long-term success with Check Point.You will take an active role in driving this critical aspect of the customer lifecycle and minimizing attrition. You will have deep understanding of renewal processes, strong sales acumen and experience in building commercial proposals. You are comfortable speaking with customers on all levels, from procurement to executives. The ability to negotiate deals to enhance our customer relationships is critical. You are Change agent with quick learning skills and can work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving organization. You are detailed and process oriented and extremely organized. You have highly collaborative, relationship-oriented approach to work alongside the existing Check Point account teams as well as external parties. You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Effective and efficient management of multiple tasks and use of good judgment in resolving difficult issues is essential.### Key Responsibilities* Qualification, validation of the SFDC renewal opportunities/pipeline* Research customer organizational structure and track information within Salesforce.com* Account Review with Customers to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved prior renewal* Proactively identify customer issues, work with wider Check Point management and account team to resolve them* Gather and track information regarding customers implementation and support activity* Develop customer quotes within our Renewal tool* Forecast daily, monthly, quarterly accurately via Clari* Daily SFDC renewal opportunity management and usage of Renewal dashboard to support renewal activities and SFDC hygiene* Meet or exceed customer renewal revenue quota and renewal metrics with high focus on renewal retention rate* Strong collaboration with Distributors and Channel partners, participating in their Renewals QBR’s, Forecasts and daily updates on renewals* Collaborate with Accounts Managers and Regional Directors to bring renewals to a close* Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships at the executive level* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Check Point solution and its competitive positioning in the marketplace### Qualifications* 3+ yrs. Experience in Renewals/Sales essential* Achievement of set target quotas and Renewals related metrics* Forecasting* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Working knowledge of MS Office, SFDC (Clari and Exceed a plus)* Flexibility, Team player* Stakeholder management* Highly collaborative, relationship-oriented approach* Extremely organized, detailed and process oriented* Experience in Cybersecurity a plus* Fluent in German and EnglishWe're committed to fostering a diverse team of individuals.
