Reporting Analyst

We're looking for a
Reporting Analyst
to join our growing analytics and operations team — someone who's detail-oriented, data-savvy, and passionate about turning raw information into valuable insights.

As a Reporting Analyst, you'll collect, organize, and analyze business data to create accurate reports and dashboards that support leadership and departmental goals. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that stakeholders have the information they need to make informed, data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and automate regular business reports and dashboards
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and databases
• Present data insights and visualizations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight significant trends or anomalies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to improve reporting efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools and systems

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in
  Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or business intelligence
• Strong proficiency in Excel
  ,
  Power BI
  , or
  Tableau
• Experience with SQL
  or other database query languages
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of business metrics and data visualization principles
