Responsibilities

• Cross‑project requirements management in research and development
• Define the content of the requirements management methodology
• Create the document structure plan
• Import customer requirements
• Ensure specification quality through decomposition and allocation of requirements, especially for architecture and validation
• Lead working groups to improve the requirements management process and methods
• Support project management and system engineers from system to component development, if necessary

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable
• Several years of experience in requirements specification or management
• Tool knowledge: IBM DOORS, Codebeamer, Polarion, Jama
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel occasionally

This position can be filled in Kassel, Kiel, and Unterlüß.
