Research and Development Project Management Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Execute structural design and analysis for crane components to ensure strength and durability
• Participate in new product development from concept design to prototyping and testing
• Identify and address structural design flaws in existing products for quality improvement
• Prepare detailed design specifications and technical documentation for mechanical structures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
• As the mechanical structure lead, quickly resolve cross-system integration issues caused by structural design, mitigating their impact on project schedules，ensure mechanical designs comply with European and international regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Rich experience in structural design of wheeled cranes
• Proficient in German and English (written and spoken)
• Familiar with crane products and testing methods
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
• Willing to travel occasionally for supplier cooperation or testing
