Your responsibilities

Duties include academic services in the project named above. Research associates may also pursue further academic qualifications outside of their work responsibilities. The research project aims to examine whether the European Charter of Fundamental Rights is fit to meet the challenges posed by the progress of neurosciences and neurotechnologies. It focuses on analysing the fundamental rights to respect for mental integrity, freedom of thought and protection of personal data.

Your profile

A university degree in a relevant field, preferably in law. Excellent written and spoken English is essential. The ability to conduct academic research, an interdisciplinary mindset, work both independently and as part of a team, initiative and organisational skills are required. Knowledge of international, EU and constitutional law is highly desirable. Knowledge of biotechnology law is advantageous, as is knowledge of the project's subject area.
