establishing CRISPR-Cas9 technologies in the fungal pathogens
molecular cloning and fungal transformation
plant infection assays
support teaching (2,6 LVS) in course Masters in Plant Science (MOPS)

Your profile

A university degree in a relevant field.
doctorate desirable
experienced in
- CRISPR-Cas9 technologies, guide-RNA design, molecular cloning
- microbiology, fungal cultivation and Botrytis cinerea transformation
- molecular biology, DNA/RNA isolation, qRT-PCR, recombinant protein purification
- confocal microscopy for host-pathogen interaction studies
- supervising BSc and MSc students
fluent in English
