• You are a host with passion and conviction
• Together with your team, you pursue a common goal: to give your guests an unforgettable holiday and turn them into repeat guests
• Even when things get turbulent, you remain true to the aja quality standard and provide operational support
• You are available to the team as a contact person and support colleagues' career opportunities
• Personnel planning and management as well as budgeting and cost efficiency are your area of responsibility
• Regular coordination with the Head Office
• Coordination and monitoring of external service providers
• Taking on public relations work and responsibility for the image of the resort and the brand at the location

What you bring on board

• Successfully completed vocational training in tourism, ideally in the hotel industry or a degree in tourism management from a university or hotel management school
• Professional experience in a comparable position or you are ready for the next step in your career as a Resort Manager (m/f/d)
• The destination will be a home for you, which you will also convey to our guests in a comprehensive manner
• A high level of expertise
• A modern leadership style in employee management and motivation as well as team-building qualities
• A goal-orientated, structured and responsible way of working
