Resource Manager

The Opportunity

Join Booz Allen and help shape the future of strategic operations and workforce management at the U.S. European Command (EUCOM). As a Resource Manager, you will provide mission‑critical support to EUCOM, driving effective program evaluation, workforce alignment, and organizational improvement initiatives.

You’ll analyze and assess manpower trends, integrate EUCOM and DIA policies, and streamline manning processes to enhance mission performance. Your expertise in program management, human resource management, and quantitative analysis will enable leadership to make informed, data‑driven decisions. You’ll also oversee personnel management systems, ensuring timely and coordinated communication across the staff to keep manning actions on track.

You Have

• Experience collaborating with senior government and military personnel to design and implement workforce management strategies.
• Experience with personnel management systems for military personnel (MILPERS) or civilian personnel (CIVPERS).
• Experience advising leadership on organizational design, staff administration, and workforce processes to improve efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
• Experience with communication and stakeholder engagement, and collaborating across teams to align evaluation outcomes with organizational priorities.
• Experience briefing senior leaders and preparing high‑quality reports and presentations.
• Experience leading program evaluation initiatives, including developing performance metrics, analyzing outcomes, and providing data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
• Ability to provide organizational and administrative support while effectively managing and allocating resources to enhance coordination, communication, and overall program impact.
• Ability to manage and improve task management processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant staff actions.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Administration, Management, or Business.

Nice If You Have

• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) organizations, particularly at the CCMD level.
• Experience aligning CCMD or Defense workflows with mission objectives.
• Experience conducting quantitative analysis and applying data‑driven insights to program evaluation.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation

Salary is determined by various factors including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.

Work Model

• If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
