Chou Chou is a lively brasserie, café and cocktail bar at Hilton Berlin. As Restaurant Manager you will shape the atmosphere, lead the team and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a dedicated team of bartenders, R&D staff, and service staff, ensuring high service quality and guest experience.
• Provide targeted training, individual development discussions, and participate actively in recruiting new talent.
• Oversee operational efficiency and economic management: analyze sales figures, manage inventory, set menus and promotions, and monitor financial performance.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team on guest feedback, continuously improving quality and experience.
• Maintain close contact with beverage suppliers, ensuring contemporary offerings aligned with market trends.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and a safe working environment for all staff and guests.
• Support sustainability initiatives and promote the hotel’s environmental commitments.
• Work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the catering or restaurant industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Leadership experience with employee management and delegation.
• Strong service mentality with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
• Positive charisma, optimism, and a willingness to learn and innovate.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Team spirit and a collaborative approach to achieving objectives.
• Good command of German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• A growth mindset and a desire to develop professionally.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
