Responsibilities

West Virginia State Parks is seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Servers who ensure a positive and memorable dining experience by providing the highest level of customer service and hospitality. As a server you will act as the primary point of contact for guests and will be responsible for the following:

Greet guests, escort them to tables, present menus, and answer any questions about the food and drinks.
Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar staff.
Deliver food and beverages to the table and check in with customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare tables for new guests, and clear away finished plates and other items as the meal progresses.
Present guest bill and process payment transactions, including cash, credit cards, and room charges.
Lead Server duties (when applicable): lead and supervise other servers, coordinate floor operations, manage table assignments, handle customer concerns, and assist with training new staff.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Employees must be willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
