Your key responsibilities include:

**exceptional and upscale service**
and, together with your team, create unforgettable moments for our guests
You
**will lead the shifts in our upscale steak restaurant**
and be

for a
**smooth service process**
As a
**specialist in**
your field, you know what our guests want and have the right
**feeling for the perfect atmosphere**
You will ensure
**guest and sales-oriented service**
and look after the department taking
**into account profitability**
In case
**of special requests or guest complaints** , you are
**the contact person**
and ensure a quick solution
**Be able.**
You have excellent expertise in coffee and tea preparation as well as the food offer.
You have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel or restaurant industry or have already gained several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
You have experience in a similar position and want to successfully implement the above points.
You keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
You are characterized by your communicative nature and you feel comfortable in both German and English, any other foreign language is an advantage.
