What you do

• You develop spatial concepts and architectural ideas across scales: from immersive brand experiences to retail environments and temporary installations
• Translate ideas into precise 3D models, renderings, and visual narratives that express strong conceptual thinking and spatial intelligence
• Lead the design process from initial ideation and concept development through 3D design, visualization, and technical documentation
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, and construction documentation when required
• Prepare client presentations integrating interdisciplinary inputs from strategy, design, and production teams
• Support the creative and project teams throughout all phases: from pitch to implementation, ensuring design integrity and spatial excellence
• Participate in workshops and presentations with clients and internal stakeholders

Who you are

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (preferred) or a closely related spatial design field and you have 2–4 years of experience in retail, brand, or experiential architecture
• You possess advanced 3D modeling and rendering skills and a strong eye for spatial composition, materials, and atmosphere
• You are proficient in Rhino, and/or Cinema 4D, and render engines such as V-Ray, D5, or Lumion (other engines are a plus)
• You have strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), experience with Grasshopper (parametric design), AI tools (for ideation and visualization), and Figma is a plus
• You are conceptually strong, technically precise, and able to move fluidly between creative and executional phases
• You are proactive, organized, and communicate ideas clearly in English (German is an advantage)
• You are passionate about architecture, innovation, fashion, and digital culture, with curiosity for how design shapes brand experiences
