Responsibilities:

• Support store operations (stock & sales floor) and perform assigned tasks diligently.
• Build emotional connections with customers and embody adidas brand values.
• Understand store goals and actively contribute to achieving them.
• Prepare merchandise (unpack, secure, label, iron).
• Check deliveries for completeness according to delivery notes.
• Properly store goods with pricing and maintain inventory.
• Arrange and replenish merchandise.
• Apply basic knowledge of seasonal products in customer service.
• Follow store rules and procedures to ensure a safe shopping and working environment.
• Maintain an appealing, clean, and organized environment, paying attention to visual merchandising.
• Establish emotional connections with customers by acting as a passionate brand ambassador.
• Support omnichannel tools like Ship from Store, Endless Aisle, Click & Collect, if applicable.
• Handle cash register activities (without cash reconciliation).

Qualifications and minimum requirements:

• Experience in retail sales is desirable.
• Good to very good German language skills.
• Resilience, flexibility, and team spirit.
• Basic spelling, math, and communication skills.
