As the Retail Network Experience & Operations Manager for Hyundai Motor Europe, you will be responsible for driving higher dealer performance by improving commercial policies, dealer processes, and systems in sales & service. You will work across a regional and global team and be a key player within our sales matrix.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and strengthen dealer performance by building target-setting frameworks and working hand‑in‑hand with our regional teams to ensure implementation.
• Develop KPI‑based dashboards to identify key areas for improvement and build prioritization action plans.
• Manage dealer‑specific performance improvement plans and operational adjustments.
• Oversee and improve mystery shopping programs and evaluation criteria.
• Strategize dealer relationship management strategies and engagement initiatives.
• Participate in decision‑making processes for commercial policy revisions, dealer remuneration structures and incentive schemes, and network goal setting.
• Participate in network‑wide performance review cycles.

About you

• Qualified Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent
• 8+ years of professional, post‑graduate experience, with 5+ years within Automotive business
• Proven track‑record in dealer performance optimisation
• Strong background in managing high‑level stakeholders
• Experience managing automotive dealer incentives and relationships - preferred
• Hands‑on experience conducting mystery shopping, operational audits, and process reviews - preferred
• Experience in dashboard management within Tableau, Power BI, or proprietary OEM systems
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and DMS systems
