The Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a flagship retail location in Munich. This is a hands‑on leadership role, responsible for driving commercial performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience and building a motivated, high-performing team. The Store Manager will play a key role in representing the brand locally and supporting its growth in the German market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing retail team
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve store targets
• Manage store budgets, KPIs, and operational costs
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with brand values
• Analyse sales data and produce performance and operational reports
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained
• Support onboarding and training activities, including travel within Germany

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
• Background in skincare, fragrance, beauty, luxury, or premium brands preferred
• Strong people management skills with high emotional intelligence
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing budgets
• Experience recruiting, training, and developing retail teams
• Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
