Responsibilities

  • Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes at the market level, ensuring alignment with Business Control and consistency across all regions.
  • Lead the pricing review process across countries, balancing local competitiveness with group-wide profitability goals, and execute price adjustments in coordination with Country Heads.
  • Develop and maintain granular dashboards at the country level to provide transparent insights into KPIs such as ARR, NRR, CAC, churn, ARPU, gross adds, sales-led growth, and lead CVR.
  • Ensure performance transparency for all stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Translate market and competitive insights into actionable recommendations for Country Heads and central enablers.
  • Coordinate resource allocation across group.one regions, central functions, and one.com teams, ensuring accurate support tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with central marketing and sales functions to align reporting with commercial objectives.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree, ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in revenue operations, financial planning & analysis, or commercial analytics, preferably in SaaS or subscription‑based businesses
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience designing dashboards and reporting frameworks at group and country levels
  • Excellent communicator able to bridge financial rigor with commercial execution
  • Collaborative leader comfortable working across central enablers, Business Control, and local team
  • Your careful, structured work style and high resilience will drive the team forward. Fluent English in both written and spoken form completes your profile.
