Your tasks

• Physical design of RF / Analog SiGe BiCMOS circuit modules using Cadence Virtuoso XL in close cooperation with the design engineering team.
• Creation of the block‑level layout up to the complete verification flow (DRC, LVS) using the Cadence Assura / PVS DRC tools.
• Execution of floor planning in cooperation with the RF IC Design and RF System team.
• Scripting to automate tasks (e.g. with Skill, Python).
• Responsibility for the correct execution of the tape‑out procedure.

Your profile

• Degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study.
• Several years of experience in customer‑specific RF / analog layout with extensive knowledge of SiGe BiCMOS processes.
• Detailed knowledge of layout techniques for device matching, parasitic reduction, RF shielding and optimal RF routing.
• In‑depth understanding of the entire design flow from schematic to GDSII, including verification (DRC, LVS) and process design kits (PDKs).
