Ericsson is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. **Primary country and city:** Germany (DE) || Rosenheim**Req ID:** **About the role**We are looking for a skilled RF Developer to join Ericsson Antenna Systems in Rosenheim. In this role you will support the full lifecycle design and integration of advanced RF signal distribution systems for mobile communication antennas. You will create high‑performance solutions using state‑of‑the‑art components and optimize for reliability, signal integrity and efficiency across diverse operating conditions. Your work will contribute to innovations in chamber systems, phase shifters, filters, connectors and interfaces, while ensuring designs meet industry and regulatory requirements.**What you will do*** Design, optimize and validate RF distribution components and subsystems, including cables, interfaces, connectors, filters and phase shifters.* Develop filters and interference‑management strategies to reduce noise, crosstalk and signal loss across multiple bands and environments.* Design and implement chamber systems (including air‑stripline concepts) to streamline signal routing and improve overall system performance.* Specify, evaluate and test RF connectors and interfaces to ensure consistent, reliable operation under varying environmental and mechanical conditions.* Develop and integrate phase shifters and other dynamic components to enable beam steering and adaptive signal management.* Use simulation and lab measurements to verify performance, iterate designs and support product verification and regulatory certification.* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (hardware, test, product management) to translate requirements into producible, compliant solutions and produce clear technical documentation.**The skills you bring*** Degree (BSc/MSc) in Electrical, RF or Microwave Engineering, or equivalent experience.* 5+ years of RF design experience for high‑frequency wireless/mobile applications.* Deep knowledge of RF components and subsystems: cables, connectors, interfaces, filters, chamber concepts and phase shifters.* Proven experience in interference management, signal integrity and RF performance optimization.* Proficiency with RF simulation and measurement tools (e.g., HFSS, ADS, CST or other EM tools; VNAs, spectrum/signal analyzers; time‑ and frequency‑domain measurements).* Experience designing for high reliability and regulatory compliance in telecom, defense or aerospace contexts is a strong plus.* Strong documentation, presentation and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
