Huawei's Munich Research Center is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products.

Overview

Join us as a RF-SOI Expert .

Responsibilities

Comprehensively evaluate the RF-SOI process performance through designing test cases to identify process shortcomings.
Design accurate RF-SOI MOSFET models (including small-signal and large-signal) to enhance the consistency between simulation and measurement.
Improve the RF-SOI switch performance through process optimization, including insertion loss, harmonics, and power.

Your areas of expertise

MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent background.
10+ years of experience in RF-SOI process for RF Switch, fab experience is preferred.
Hands on experience of RF-SOI MOSFET models design.
Hands on experience of RF Switch performance improvement.
Should be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team with good communication skills.
Should be able to travel to China.
