As Group Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a key role in building and leading a comprehensive risk management framework across C&A. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and embed risk awareness throughout the business — ensuring we achieve our goals with confidence and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve a group-wide Risk Management System.
• Act as central point of contact for all risk-related activities across departments and countries.
• Identify and assess operational risks jointly with operational management and advise them on business oriented mitigating measures and strategies.
• Facilitate regular risk assessment workshops with stakeholders and ensure consistency and objectivity in risk evaluation.
• Prepare qualified reporting on risk assessment results and regulatory obligations for the Management.
• Evaluate business-critical processes and guide improvements through a risk-focused lens.
• Develop training materials and lead sessions to foster a strong risk culture across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations, integrating best practices throughout the group.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management or related fields (e.g., Internal Controls, Compliance).
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks (e.g., IDW PS 981, ISO 31000, COSO) and regulatory standards.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying process improvements and control gaps.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional, international risk activities and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and confident collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
