We are looking for a Robotics Applications Engineer to join our Customer Success & Application Engineering team and support the deployment of our offline robot programming software (OCTOPUZ).

Role Overview

In this role you will work closely with customers to implement, configure, and optimise robotic solutions. You will also support sales activities, conduct training sessions, and provide technical guidance to ensure customer success.

Your responsibilities

Install, configure, test, and commission OCTOPUZ software on-site and remotely
Work closely with customers to understand requirements and configure solutions
Create and calibrate digital twins for robotic systems
Program robots using offline tools and teach pendants
Test robotic cells in simulation environments
Provide training, user guidance, and technical support
Support Sales with demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and technical consulting
Prepare service estimations and support project planning
Document implementations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Communicate customer feedback to product and development teams

Your profile

Passion for robotics and automation technologies
Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Industrial robot systems experience (ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, Yaskawa, Kawasaki, OTC) or strong programming skills (Python, C++, etc.). Candidates with both are preferred.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM or manufacturing software
Willingness to travel approximately 40%
Valid driver’s license
