Support the digital transformation of our helicopter manufacturing and maintenance processes by ideating, qualifying and specifying new automation solutions on our RPA platform based on UIPath.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Prepare, run and document ideation sessions/workshops with business contacts to identify promising use cases and feed our backlog
• Manage our opportunities backlog
• Lead qualification workshops with the business to define scope and confirm eligibility for RPA
• Assess business value for an automation case and help define a business case
• Collaborate with IM teams to confirm use case relevance and define development complexity
• Specify robot processes and systems used; deliver functional specifications and test cases to RPA developers
• Manage the business relationship throughout the development life cycle

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field
• Strong general IT background
• Team player with a proactive "can‑do" attitude and experience working on projects with international teams and stakeholders
• Passion for creatively solving problems and building new solutions
• Very good understanding of business requirements, customer‑oriented and focused on quality
• Good communication skills
• French and English at negotiation level
• Proven experience with UIPath products, Scrum and SAFe; German is a plus
