As a Content Moderator in Porto, you’ll support social media initiatives, ensuring client guidelines are followed and enhancing the user experience across platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Review, audit and moderate user content, ensuring compliance with copyright and platform rules.
• Analyze user behaviour and apply nuanced social media policies.
• Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or business‑critical issues.
• Propose improvements to enhance service and overall user experience.
• Maintain high‑quality reporting according to established protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Romanian (C1) and English (B2).
• At least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Critical reasoning, multitasking and effective communication skills.
• Fast learner with a diligent work ethic.
