Job Overview

Job Title: Rubber Seal Technical Expert (w/m/d)

Location: Europe (France; Poland, Germany, Serbia)

Responsibilities

1. Lead the development, improvement, and management of rubber & resin process technology in the Serbian factory to ensure product quality and production efficiency; continuously optimize the process flow and enhance product competitiveness according to customer needs and product characteristics.
2. Lead the planning of the new automotive seal project in the Serbian factory.
3. Lead the implementation of various improvement goals of the company, such as production efficiency improvement, step standardization, and cost reduction related to rubber process in the Serbian factory.
4. Lead the training and echelon construction of rubber process technology talents in the Serbian factory, and lead the training and echelon construction of rubber process technology talents in the Serbian factory.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, rubber engineering or related majors, with certain English speaking ability, 15 years or more of experience in process R&D management of seal products in automotive sealing strip companies.
2. Proficient in the production process of automotive sealing products, with experience in leading process optimization and product iteration of sealing products.
3. Have good team management experience and focus on echelon talent training.
4. Have strong adaptability and stress resistance, and be able to cope with emergencies in the production process.
5. Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, able to quickly locate and solve process problems.
6. Have strong learning ability and innovative thinking, able to pay attention to industry technology development trends and introduce new technologies.
