Exciting Career Opportunity: Performance Marketing Manager (with Russian) Remote, Europe. Join as a Performance Marketing Manager and become part of a leading international team! This is an incredible chance to work fully remote from anywhere in Europe (excluding Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine), or if you prefer an in-office environment, we also offer the option to work from our office in Montenegro.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• Optimize and scale campaigns to achieve ROAS targets.
• Oversee creative development processes, including user-generated content (UGC).
• Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages for optimal performance on Android and iOS.
• Analyze campaign data to assess success, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with goals.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest paid social media best practices, ensuring cutting-edge campaign management.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Russian & English (both verbal and written).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social Media marketing, particularly with Facebook Ads and mobile campaigns.
• EdTech or FinTech industry experience is a must.
• Proven ability to manage, optimize, and scale direct response social media campaigns.
• Excellent skills in data analysis, tracking, and generating insights from campaign performance.
• Proficient in managing platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with MMPs such as Appsflyer and Adjust.
• Strong technical understanding of social media buying platforms.
• Ability to work independently with high initiative and enthusiasm.
