Russian Speakers for Studio Recording Project

Overview

Welo Data is looking for fluentRussian speakers to participate in a professional studio recording project. No prior experience is required, just confidence, a clear voice, and a willingness to collaborate!

This isnot an acting role. We’re simply looking for individuals who can read and speak naturally, clearly, and confidently in the associated language while being recorded in a studio setting.

Responsibilities

• Speak clearly and confidently in your dialect while participating in studio recording sessions.
• Improvise where needed to enhance the delivery and ensure natural flow.
• Follow straightforward recording instructions from the studio team.

No memorization required. No performance background required.

Project Details

• Start Date: March 2026
• Duration: 3 weeks, with the possibility of extension
• Commitment: 4 hours a day, up to 2 days in the studio, throughout a week.
• Opportunity Type: Freelance/Independent Contract
• Location: Berlin, Germany (On-site in a recording studio)
• Language: Russian
• Pay Rate: $44/hour

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in the target language.
• Comfortable speaking publicly in a professional studio setting.
• Ability to traverse a normal conversation for 2-5 minutes with a clear, natural speaking voice.
• Reliable and able to attend in-person studio sessions.
• Prior experience in teaching, public speaking, customer service, or similar roles is a plus — but not required.
