We are an owner-managed medium-sized company based in Gräfelfing near Munich. We provide services related to heating cost, water cost, and operating cost billing for the housing industry. Our product range includes high-quality solutions for consumption recording and billing of energy, water, and ancillary costs. To strengthen our valuation department, we are looking for immediate hire in Gräfelfing near Munich.

Responsibilities

• Recording specific object data (measurement data) to prepare for the evaluation of heat cost allocators.
• Program-supported identification of radiators during the evaluation process.
• Conducting evaluations as part of the creation of heating cost bills.
• Handling customer inquiries regarding evaluations.
• Maintaining the heating and evaluation database.
• Researching new radiators via trade fairs, internet, and catalogs.

Profile

• Numerical understanding and good technical comprehension.
• Meticulous and committed working style.
• Confident and friendly communication with customers in writing and over the phone.
• Analytical thinking and goal-oriented work approach.
• Team and learning ability.
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing; English skills are a plus.
