Roechling Industrial (Singapore) Pte Ltd invites you to apply for this role at our location in Neuhaus am Rennweg. The position is full‑time (40 h/wk) with flexible working hours (07:00–15:30), Monday through Friday. The role is available immediately.

As a Sachbearbeiter Logistik & Versand, you will work closely with the customer service team and logistics partners to manage the entire shipping process. You will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinate and process domestic and international shipping orders.
• Create shipping and export documents (e.g., customs documents, delivery notes, invoices).
• Communicate with freight forwarders, customers, and internal departments to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Handle customs clearance and comply with export regulations, collaborating with authorities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning.
• Process shipping‑related complaints.
• Work 40 h per week, typically Monday–Friday, in a flexible 07:00–15:30 shift.

Ladies and gentlemen who meet the following qualifications will be considered:

• Completed commercial or logistics‑related training (e.g., freight forwarding clerk, industrial clerk) or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or export processing preferred.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of customs and export procedures (ATLAS, Incoterms, preference rights) is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Structured, self‑responsible, and solution‑oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills and team orientation.
