Job Overview

For the central customer service of Richemont Northern Europe GmbH in Munich, we are looking for a dedicated, communicative professional, full-time for one year until further notice.

Responsibilities

• Service-oriented and commercial customer support around spare parts and repairs in German, English and Spanish.
• Recording and invoicing inbound repairs for our extensive range.
• Creation and review of cost estimates.
• Processing inbound and confirmed cost estimates.
• General administrative support.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or similar.
• Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Good language skills in German and English; Spanish preferred.
• Preferably professional experience in telephone customer service.
• Good IT skills in MS Office and SAP desired.
• Organizational skill, communication ability and service orientation.
