Safety Driver Trainer

Your tasks

• Conduct training sessions, driving exercises, and theoretical lessons on system behavior, intervention strategies, and safety protocols
• Coach and assess Safety Drivers during real-world and test track operations
• Collaborate closely with development, testing, and safety departments to integrate current requirements into training content
• Document training progress, conduct feedback sessions, and continuously improve training methodologies
• Support the selection and onboarding of new Safety Drivers

Your profile

• Valid Class C1 driver's license without restrictions
• Several years of driving experience, ideally in a professional environment or in the field of automated driving
• Experience in training, instruction, or coaching of drivers is an advantage
• Clean criminal record and driver fitness register extract (no entries)
• Strong technical understanding, high sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills
• Confident use of digital tools, navigation systems, and training software
• Willingness to travel and occasionally work in shifts
