We would want you to start a search for Sales AE in Germany. This will be a fulltime role based out of Germany, preferably Walldorf/Frankfurt Area. Please send us qualified candidates

Role and Responsibilities – Parameters:

  • Experience in managing a P&L of about 20-25 million USD per annum. This experience must have been sustained for a minimum of 5-8 years
  • Experience in delivering Supply Chain Consulting and Digital Services to EU Clients. The person should have worked for a minimum of 8 years in a Leadership position
  • A strong network of client contacts in the EU market– specifically in Manufacturing, Logistics, CPG, Pharma, Auto Industries
  • Outcomes driven, Execution Focused, Empathetic to the employees while ensuring Business Goals are not compromised
  • Visible Thought Leadership in a specific sector or solution space
  • Track record of managing client senior leadership – CXO level, Board Level
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple solution spaces to create a solution that works for specific client context
  • Ability to identify talent within the employees in the organization and promote them into positions where they can be fully leveraged for the benefit of Bristlecone
