Sales Agent (Dutch Speaking)

Do you speak Dutch and English and already live in Berlin? Then this opportunity might be exactly what youre looking for.

We are looking for a Dutch Sales Agent who will act as the first point of contact for clients and help them optimize their digital advertising performance.

Position Details

Location: Berlin (On-site – Andreasstraße area)
Work Model: On-site
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Service hours between 08:45 – 17:15
- Weekends off
Contract Type: Temporary contract (can be renewed)
Languages:
- Dutch (at least C1)
- English (at least B2)

Only candidates already based in Berlin with a valid full-time work permit for Germany will be considered. Student visas are not accepted.

Salary & Compensation

Fixed salary: €2,750 gross / month
Performance bonus: up to €687.50 / month
Language allowance: €300 / month

What You Will Do

As a Sales Agent, you will:

Contact existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via phone, email, and chat
Identify sales opportunities and offer the most suitable advertising solutions
Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns for clients
Manage and monitor online advertising campaigns
Identify campaign trends and proactively act on potential challenges
Improve customer experience by promoting optimal and effective product usage

Your Qualifications

You are a great match if you:

Are fluent in Dutch (minimum C1) and have a strong command of English (minimum B2)
Have at least 1 year of experience in Sales (marketing experience is a plus)
Are sales-driven with a strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial thinking
Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Possess strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking abilities
Are interested in becoming an expert in online and social media advertising solutions
Hold a valid full-time work permit for Germany
