Role Description

This is a full‑time role for a Sales & Applications Manager based in Germany. The primary responsibilities include driving sales growth by managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, such as engineering and product development, to develop solutions tailored to client needs. The Sales & Applications Manager will contribute to the effective implementation of sales strategies, negotiate contracts, provide technical consultation, and deliver exceptional customer support. Regularly analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies is also a key part of this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and build lasting client relationships
  • Experience in food and beverage applications, technical sales, or a related field
  • Technical acumen and understanding of filtration systems and fluid management solutions
  • Proficiency in project management and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Adaptability and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering tailored customer solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with market analysis techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
