Position: Sales Associate & Coordinator - Printing (Heidelberg)

Experience required: 3 Years

Job Role:

Salesperson to assist the Sales Manager for the sale of machines and consumables by visiting the printing press frequently.

1. Preparing quotations for the printing and folding machines as per the configuration and page alignment in Arabic and English formats for various Ministries and private customers.
2. Preparing the documents in Arabic provided by the Ministry of Interior / The Central Bank of Kuwait and KISR for the monthly service contract bills and submitting them in Ministry Presses. After signing the bills, collecting and submitting them to their Finance department for payment.
3. Coordinating with the Main office customs department for the documentation for clearing Machines and Chemicals.
4. Preparing the tender documents in Arabic for submission to various ministries and following up with CTC for updates on tenders.
5. Checking the Kuwait Al-Yawn for any inquiries regarding machinery tenders.
6. Coordinating with ministries to obtain gate passes for the engineers and sales staff.
7. Following up on Service Contracts with the Ministries and preparing offers in Arabic for submission to renew before the end of service contracts.
8. Supporting Machine GRN preparation for Machine orders and inventory.
9. Coordinating with the main office legal department for the renewal of licenses, registrations, etc.
