Enterprise Business Development Manager / Commercial Manager - (Strategic Software Projects)

Our partners are established enterprises. The projects we take on are high-impact, technically demanding, and commercially significant.

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager / Commercial manager who wants more than transactional sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Lead strategic discussions around complex software initiatives
  • Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
  • Own the commercial side of high-value engineering projects
  • Work closely with senior engineers to ensure successful execution

You are not selling a product. You are shaping multi-year technology partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years in consulting, enterprise sales, or tech environments
  • Strong commercial judgment and analytical thinking
  • Comfortable discussing complex technical topics
  • High ownership, resilience, and drive
  • Fluent German and English

This role offers steep learning, direct exposure to leadership, and the opportunity to grow into a strategic commercial leader in a high-performance environment.
