Sales & Business Development Manager – DACH Region

Role overview
As a Senior Sales & Business Development Executive, you will take a leading role in growing Vok Bikes’ presence in the DACH market by securing key deals and tenders with large fleet-owning companies. Your established network, hands-on work ethic, and expertise in logistics, commercial fleet sales, or urban mobility will be pivotal for succeeding in this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and grow large fleet customers in the DACH region.
- Build and support a reseller and distributor network.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value tenders and RFPs.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, presentations, negotiation, closing, and contract management.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target companies including logistics directors, fleet managers, and procurement heads.
- Collaborate closely with Vok Bikes’ product and technical teams to tailor solutions and demonstrate competitive advantages of the 4Drive drivetrain and eCargo platforms.
- Represent Vok Bikes at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales and business development experience in fleet management, logistics equipment, commercial vehicles, or urban mobility solutions.
- Established network and proven success engaging with fleet-owning clients, especially in the logistics, parcel, delivery, or food industry within DACH.
- Strong experience managing complex, high-value commercial negotiations, and tender processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
- Interest in sustainability and innovative clean transportation technologies.
