As an Sales Business Developer you will support the end-to-end execution of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation processes. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to both invertors and investees, creating financial models and preparing presentations for stakeholders, assessing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
We are looking for a person with an entrepreneurial mindset and ready to take the lead and responsibility from day one, as the role involves the whole business development and M&A process from origination to close; from reading the financials to working closely with clients and partners to align objectives with strategic goals.
