Field Clinical & Sales Specialist in Surgery (m/w/d) TZ/VZ

Main Responsibilities

• Support existing and acquire new customers in Germany
• Proactive management and maintenance of all new and existing customers in the assigned sales region
• Actively manage the customer database
• Conduct sales and training activities as well as product presentations for customers
• Receive and forward customer orders and inquiries to Customer Services
• Carry out all sales-related activities — from product launches and presentations to contract negotiations and deal support
• Conduct market and competitive analyses in the field of modern medicine and application methods
• Increase revenue and market share
• Support the Sales Manager with training sessions and customer education
• Represent BD at relevant congresses and trade fairs
• Collaborate internally with departments such as Key Account Management, Marketing, Health Economics, etc., to support regional business growth
• Take responsibility for quantitative and qualitative monthly, quarterly, and annual goals (targets and performance reviews)
• Prepare, manage, and monitor the sales budget
• Provide clinical training for nursing staff
• Receive and internally forward customer complaints

Region: Eastern Germany – Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania

Your Profile

• Experience in sales and operating room (OR) environments
• Fluent in English and German, spoken and written
• Flexibility
• Willingness to travel (80–90%)
• Team player
• Ideally based in or around Berlin
