What You’ll Do

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for your market
Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
Conduct interviews and guide candidates throughout the process
Negotiate offers and manage post‑placement relationships
Build expertise and become the go-to consultant for your niche
Prospect new clients through calls, emails, and meetings
Identify new business opportunities within the German market
Build and manage your own client portfolio
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
Develop strong, long‑term partnerships

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (180° or 360°)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident in outbound commercial activity
Target‑driven, resilient, and ambitious
Motivation to grow in a fast‑moving, competitive environment
IT experience is NOT required
