THE TASKS INCLUDE IN PARTICULAR

• Professional and service-oriented support for our customers when advising them on our products
• Strengthening customer loyalty through sustainable maintenance of the customer base & new customer acquisition
• After intensive training and familiarization, take over your own area of responsibility in the KPM Store
• Participation in an appealing KPM Store presentation through sales-oriented presentation of our exclusive KPM porcelains
• Participation in the planning, organization and implementation of retail marketing activities at the POS
• Merchandise disposition, cash register activities and completion of all work in the KPM Store

THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES DISTINGUISH YOU

• Intensive experience in luxury / premium retail as a sales consultant or in a similar position for brands requiring explanation
• Sales and service are your passion, including the preparatory and follow-up work
• You are familiar with working on a merchandise management system and in customer / CRM service
• Commitment and the willingness to familiarize yourself intensively with your new area of responsibility and to help shape it makes you enthusiastic
• You love approaching different people and appear stylish
• You are confident in using modern media and enjoy using them efficiently in everyday life (omnichannel)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
