Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibilities of this role include cold calling, cold emailing, and leveraging LinkedIn to find potential clients with recruitment needs. Additionally, the SDR will play a crucial role in marketing our services through LinkedIn posts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in the technology sector
  • Send targeted cold emails to generate leads and secure vacancies
  • Utilize LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach to identify recruitment opportunities
  • Create engaging LinkedIn posts to market SGS Consultants and our services
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in recruitment or technology sectors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for networking and lead generation
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
