Sales Development Representative (Junior)

German Speaking (Hybrid, Berlin)

Salary: €40,000-€45,000 base + performance bonuses

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing innovator in the advanced manufacturing and on-demand production space , is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their commercial team in Berlin.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves speaking with people, driving new business, and working at the intersection of engineering and digital manufacturing - without requiring years of experience.

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play an essential role in fueling the company's continued growth in the DACH region.

Who We're Looking For

You’ll succeed in this role if you are proactive, curious, and comfortable picking up the phone. We welcome candidates who come from two possible paths:

Your Background Might Be:

• Engineering or technical studies (mechanical, industrial, materials, etc.)
• OR
• Previous sales experience , ideally in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B tech.

Plus, You Have:

• Fluent German (C1 or native-level) - mandatory.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Interest in technology, engineering, or digital manufacturing.
• A structured approach to prospecting and follow-up.
• A positive, resilient mindset.
