Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: €75,000 OTE (50K base + 25K variable, uncapped)

Acceleration:
1.5x commission after 133% attainment

Equity:
€25,000 in stock options

Total Comp:
€100K

Responsibilities

  • Outbound-focused SDR role targeting e-commerce and brand-led verticals across Europe
  • Identify ICPs, map territories, and generate qualified meetings (15 demos/month)
  • Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound activity across calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate closely with AEs and founders to refine GTM strategy and messaging
  • Pass qualified SQLs to AEs and founders for discovery and closing
  • Develop into a trusted voice in e-commerce technology, marketplaces, and SaaS sales

Must-Haves

  • 6–9+ months of outbound SDR or commercial experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven success in cold calling and pipeline generation
  • Fluent to flawless English
  • Berlin-based or willing to relocate (relocation bonus available)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Additional language: German, Danish, or Swedish
  • SaaS, marketplace, or e-commerce background
  • Experience at companies with strong SDR cultures (e.g., Klaviyo, Personio, Deel)
  • Retail-tech or brand infrastructure experience

Growth Perspective

  • Foundational SDR role in a high-growth environment
  • Clear, merit-based progression path:
  • SDR → Senior SDR → AE (€70K OTE) → Senior AE (€90K OTE)
  • Exposure to founders and GTM strategy from day one
  • Learn the full SaaS GTM playbook, from prospecting to deal closing
