The team

What you’ll do
The Sales Development Team Manager will possess the ability to manage & motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve individual opportunity generation quotas. They also must be able to measure, monitor and hold SDRs accountable for their activities and results as well as lead by example.
The Team manager will work directly with SDRs to improve cold calling, qualification and discovery calls, prospecting sequences, appointment setting, follow up, organization, and overall prospecting effectiveness. They must also effectively present Docusign's corporate overview and value proposition. This Team manager will mentor each SDR individually while also building a strong, cohesive, collaborative team that is responsible for supplying qualified leads to Docusign Account Executives.
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employees divide their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 3 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
